1.  Stabilize the Club Program while setting a standard of excellence at the Academy Level. 

2.  Provide a strong development model for all current Texas Xtreme Players.

3.  Provide a great development model for all Academy level players while creating an excellent bridge that allows the Academy players the ability to make a smooth transition into the Club Programs.   

 4.  Continue to reach out to the Academy players and producing a solid Academy Program.
