 Travel Policies

Texas Xtreme recognizes the value and Special experience of Participating in Tournaments outside of our Local area or State. There are many benefits for our teams to travel to play in these types of environments.


 

  • Possible Higher level of competition
  • Team Camaraderie
  • Different styles of play
  • College Showcase
  • Valuable Experience


 


 

Cost


 

The cost of traveling Tournaments is not provided in the team or clubs Budget. Therefore the cost is extra. Parent’s can expect to pay for:

  • Hotel or Lodging
  • Meals
  • Travel
  • Coaches Expense


 

Coach’s Expense


 

Hotel

Split by the Number of Player’s on the Team. Most Hotels will provide a complimentary room for the coach.


 

Meals

A Perdium of $30 a day should be provided for the Coach.


 

Travel

Airline Ticket- the coaches Cost of Travel should be split by all players on the Team.


 

Player Responsibilities:

  • Player Safety is the top priority when teams travel. Follow all guidelines and Policies.
  • Player’s are to act like Young Ladies and Gentleman at all times.
  • Player’s should follow and respect the Curfew.

 

 

Coaches & Manager’s Responsibilities:

  • Provide a Itinerary for the Tournament
  • Enforce all player Rules & Regulations


 

Team Activities:

  • The Coach & Manager will determine all Activities during the trip
  • Team activities take priority over personal agendas
  • Travel tourney’s are not a Vacation


 

Dress Code:

Players Should wear a standard outfit , Polo Shirt , Warm ups , or appropriate attire to any team activity such as flights and Ceremonies


 

Meals:

Teams should eat together if possible
